Mary advises clients in a wide array of real estate issues. She represents lenders and borrowers in loan closings involving construction and permanent financing by negotiating and preparing notes, loan agreements, and related documents. In addition, she is skilled in the negotiation and preparation of commercial real estate purchase agreements, deed restrictions and restrictive easements. Mary is also experienced in the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements, including retail and office space and cell tower sites. Additionally, she analyzes title commitments and surveys, and counsels clients in 1031 real estate exchanges, due diligence matters related to transactions, and more.
