Ted’s legal services have resulted in three major industrial parks serving the Marion area, a first-ever private intermodal rail/truck facility serving the Midwest, the chartering of a community bank, the creation of an economic development organization serving city and county governments, the creation of a foreign trade zone, and the creation of one of the largest warehousing facilities between Columbus and Cleveland.
